**After care on Fridays extends until 5:00 pm in the fall and spring and 3:00 pm on Fridays once Daylight Savings Time has ended.

 

 

Fees and Payment Schedule

  1. Total tuition may be paid in 10 monthly payments, two payments in August and January or in full.
  2. The Gan Montessori uses Brightwheel Billing to directly debit tuition payments from families’ checking or savings account monthly.
  3. Monthly debits will be on the 10th of each month. The first month will be September 2022 and the last month will be June 2023.
  4. An application fee of $50 per child is required to confirm receipt of your registration form. Once accepted a Non-Refundable Deposit of $300 per child is required to secure your child’s space for the 2022-2023 school year. The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the total tuition for 2022-2023. The application fee is waived for returning families who register by February 1, 2022.
  5. Parents are responsible for the full tuition payment for the year and tuition is non-refundable unless the child moves out of the greater D.C. metro area. In the event that registration is canceled after May 31, one month of tuition will be due unless the family is moving away from the greater D.C. metro area. In the event that registration is canceled after July 31, two months of tuition will be due unless the family is moving away from the great D.C. metro area.
  6. If you wish to hold your child’s spot in school until he or she is eligible to attend due to age or because you will be moving to the area, you will be responsible for 50% of tuition per month for the months that your space is being held.
  7. Limited financial aid resources are available. Please review financial aid information on the school website.
