All ages are listed as of September 1, 2025.
All tuition is billed annually and payments are divided monthly.
Toddler Program (20-36 months)

Schedule Notes
● School ends at 3:00 pm and aftercare ends at 5:00 pm on Fridays in the fall and spring when
daylight savings time is in effect.
● School ends at 2:00 pm and extended care ends at 3:00 pm on Fridays when daylight savings
time is not in effect.
● Lunch and snacks are included for all students. Children may only opt out of lunch if medical
restrictions prevent them from eating the food served at The Gan.
Tuition Details
1. Tuition is paid exclusively through Brightwheel billing via direct debit payments from a checking or
savings account.
2. Tuition is debited in 10 monthly payments beginning on September 10, 2025 and ending on June
10, 2026.
3. A non-refundable tuition deposit of $300 is required to confirm a child’s registration. The
non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the total tuition for 2025-2026.
4. The Gan works with government and private sector child care subsidy providers.
