*School will end at 3:00 pm on Fridays in the fall and spring and at 2:00 pm on Fridays in the winter

**After care on Fridays extends until 5:00 pm in the fall and spring and 3:00 pm on Fridays once Daylight Savings Time has ended.

If you are more than 5 minutes late (15 minutes if you have children in both locations) picking up your child a fee of $1 per minute will be applied. 

Fees and Payment Schedule

  1. Total tuition may be paid in 10 monthly payments, two payments in August and January or in full.
  2. The Gan Montessori uses FACTS Tuition Management to directly debit tuition payments from families’ checking or savings account either monthly, twice per year, or in a single payment. Information about setting up tuition payments through FACTS is sent during the summer.
  3. Parents can choose to have their monthly debits be on the 5th or 20th of each month. The first month will be August 2018 and the last month will be May 2019.
  4. An application fee of $50 per child and Non-Refundable Deposit of $300 per child are required to secure your child’s space for the 2018-2019 school year. The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the total tuition for 2018-2019. The application fee is waived for returning families who register by February 1, 2018.
  5. Parents are responsible for the full tuition payment for the year and tuition is non-refundable unless the child moves out of the greater D.C. metro area. 
  6. Limited financial aid resources are available. Please contact the school office for additional information.

 Tuition is non-refundable unless a family moves out of the Washington, D.C. area.
